These are subject to change at any time. Most of it is very basic at the moment. If you follow these, you should have fun here. :)
1. Don't spam outside of the correct forum. For those who don't know, spamming is considered anything that is completely off-topic or otherwise disturbing the the subject at hand. For instance, in a game thread about a Strategy game, don't come in and post, "I love First-Person Shooters", as that clearly isn't what the game is about.
2. No double-posting. If you forgot to say something, use the "Modify" button at the top of your post. If the topic hasn't had a reply in 24 hours, you can make a new post to "bump" the topic back to the top of the list. It's recommended you don't do this unless its for, say, one of your WIP games that you are requesting help with.
3. No posting anything adult-oriented. Stagecast is commonly used in classrooms and is easy enough for children to use. Therefore, assume that there will be younger users on this forum. Don't make any sexual references and keep cursing to a minimum.
4. Don't post anything offensive. Anything explicitly racist, sexist, or otherwise just plain mean comment will NOT be overlooked.
5. Don't post links to (or upload) any copyrighted content. This includes things like ROMs, Torrents, and sites providing them (whether or not it's legal in your area).
6. No advertising. You can keep links to your website in your signature if you like. It's okay to post links to your own sites in posts, but make sure there's a reason for it. Don't just include it at the end.
Saying the following:
...is not good and will get you a warning.
7. Use your common sense. If you don't think an Admin would like you doing something, don't do it. :)
8. No being a spam bot, acting like a spam bot, abusing the guest forum in order to be a spam bot, registering in order to be a spam bot or advertising spam links. Which already breaks rules one AND six. So now that I have this rule, I'm quoting it in EVERY single spam thread that pops up from now on. :)
Breaking the rules will result in a warning. Repeat offenders will be banned (As will spam bots). Not knowing the rules is no excuse for breaking them!
