--THIS IS OUTDATED!-- I have updated this system to work a lot better. It can now be legitimately called a "Priority Queue". This is a lot the same as the last one, only it now stores commands in the queue as well as the speed stats, which cuts down on the work you'll need to do and makes the whole thing more stable. I'm not sure if I have a description or not in the actual sim, but I don't have the time to write it out right now. You can find the new sim attached to the second post below. Meanwhile, I've left the first version intact in case anyone wants to see the differences. Attachments:

Attached is the new, better version of this technique for use with multi-character RPG battles. In this one, each character has two different commands you can give them. You can reverse engineer this to work in whatever way you'd like. Attachments:
